We take pride in being an organization that is professional, organized, and full of purpose. Please notify us if you have any questions concerning any of the necessary items on the list.

Before every tournament, be sure to check in with your child’s coach or an organization leader to make sure your child has the proper items to play. Especially if it is an out of state tournament, you do not want to deal with the disappointment of your child having to sit out. We are an organization that abides by the rule book!

Before participating in practice and playing in a tournament, be prepared to present the following items:

  • Please present a well printed copy of your child’s birth certificate. Let us know if we need to print it for you.

  • Please present a TWO, well printed copies of your child’s AAU Card which will be purchased here. Let us know if we need to print it for you.

  • As a competitive athlete, we may attend tournaments that take professional photos that will be used for promotional purposes and/or for the purpose of delivering photos for you to purchase of your child.

  • Official copy of your child’s physical that must be signed by a medical provider of choice.

  • Please Present a copy of your child’s report card and/or progress report. We take their grades seriously as they are “Student-Athletes”.

  • In rare case of emergency, please keep your child’s medical insurance card on hand. If you will not be a particular tournament, please send it with them.

  • Please keep up with your Player/Parent Guidelines Form that will be given to you at the beginning of the season.

  • Please provide your child’s uniform and shoe size at the start of the season. Keep up with this information in case of a need for a new set of uniforms or shoes.
